Stainless Steel Pipe
Stainless steel pipes are highly preferred materials with different size options. The most important reason for this is their very high corrosion resistance, that is, their durability. At the same time, it has an aesthetic appearance with its glossy surface, which is the reason for its use in more areas.
Stainless pipes are divided into two as welded and seamless (drawn) pipes. Welded stainless pipes are generally used in decoration and applications requiring low pressure. Drawing, that is, seamless pipes, are more durable because they are produced as a single piece, and therefore they are used in the construction of processes that require high pressure. Pipes used especially in heavy industry are seamless pipes. In welded pipes, on the other hand, a stainless plate is given the shape of a pipe and in-joint welding method is used. Since it is likely to break at high pressure, its durability is less than a seamless pipe.
