Metal forging is a manufacturing process in which metal is shaped by applying compressive forces, either through impact or continuous pressure. This method allows the production of metal parts in various shapes and sizes.
In our facility, forging and shaping processes are carried out using a forging hammer (drop hammer). The machine operates on the principle of mechanical impact: a heavy hammer is lifted and then dropped onto the metal piece, shaping it into the desired form.
The working rhythm of the machine can be adjusted according to the type and size of the material, ensuring accurate and efficient metal forming.
Features:
Production of high-strength metal components
Ability to create parts in different shapes and sizes
Reliable and durable forming process
Widely used in industrial manufacturing
